MailMerge with Images - ShowAllFieldResults shows image instead of <<ImageFieldName>>

Using Action acShowAllFieldResults the behavior of Fields and BlobFields is different.
Please compile the attached sample, copy files from directory bin in the directory of EXE-File and start the Application.
Normal Fields are displayed <<LanstName>>, Images as Image.
Is it possible, to display <<Sign>> instead of the real image?

    Hello Frank,

    Unfortunately, I cannot suggest a reliable solution for this task. As I mentioned in MailMerge and Images from DB, there is no automatic conversion of <<ImageField>> code and the solution with INCLUDEPICTURE is not direct.
