I get this error when opening WinApplication.cs after upgrading to 21.2.4
The xafml files do open ok but not WinApplication.cs
I upda updated the nuget packages and run the project converter.

Would you please attach screenshots of the errors you received in Visual Studio 2022?
Also, are you developing a .NET Framework app?
I see that you already registered another ticket for the error in the last screenshot: Unable to create xaf, winforms, entity framework from wizard in VS2022 - let's continue there.
What did you mean when you said "but not WinApplication.cs"? It seems to be unrelated to the NuGet Package Manager issue.
Can you attach screenshots of the errors you received from the Application Designer when you opened WinApplication.cs in your .NET Framework app?

This is not the same issue as the Nuget issue (Although both issues are 21.2.4 o VS2022) so please can we discuss this issue here.
