Hi Nina,

No, our GridView extension does not provide this functionality out-of-the-box.
From your question I assume that your are trying to implement something similar to the Spreadsheet control. I want to note that we already implemented such a control in ASP.NET WebForms (ASPxSpreadsheet) and are planning to introduce the ASP.NET MVC analog in our future major release. Please refer to the ASP.NET: Spreadsheet Control (What's new in 13.2) blog post for more information regarding this.

      Hi Vasily!
Thank you… do you mean the next Major release? If so… when will this be? :)
      regards, Nina

        Hi,

We release two major versions a year - vol 1 and vol 2 (see the Understanding the DevExpress product versions and release dates article).
However I cannot provide you with exact release dates for any of them.

        Thanks,
        Artem

          Thank you Artem!
