Switch the mouse pointer that hovers over cxHyperLinkEdit data cells to crHandPoint

Hi
I read this: http://devexpress.com/Support/Center/p/Q136958.aspx
and it works but I wonder why such a trivial feature needs to be implemented "outside" of devexpress, isn't it time you implement it as built in?
