Insert space after comment chars

Hi,
Some C# coding standards require space between '//' and commented text. For example StyleCop requires this. Now when I select few lines and hit '/' to comment them out, CR inserts '//' before each line. I would like CR to insert '// ' instead.

Make 'comment selection' to insert '// ' instead of '//' in C#
