Tabbed MDI forms icon header size

Hi,
is there a way to reduce the icon size of tabbed mdi forms created by the Document manager?

    Hi Giovanni,
    DocumentManager uses the form's icon as-is (without resizing it), so you need to use small icons for mdi child forms or specify a document image directly via the BaseDocument.Image property.
    I have attached a sample project that demonstrates all these approaches. Please review it and inform me whether or not either of these approaches suits your needs.
