Why the messsage box caption is 'Xtra Printing'?
The caption could be the document tittle or the window caption.
Why does not appear the error?
The user can know the error and it is impossibe to repair.
Why the message box appears on task bar?
The message box appeas in the task bar as 'XtraPrinting'. It shouldn't appear.

This behavior is by design. We use a common error handling procedure, and the 'XtraPrinting' caption indicates that an error is handled by our methods.
Unfortunately, there's no capability to customize the error message caption.
Also, I didn't manage to reproduce a problem when the error dialog appears as an extra item on the Taskbar.
If possible, describe the problematic scenario in greater detail. Once we isolate the problem locally, we'll check what is going wrong.
