Having discussed all cons and pros of this functionality, we decided to proceed with images as attachments. In other words, the current Support Center implementation version still doesn't support inline images. To prevent any confusion, we sanitize all graphical contents when images are pasted into the ticket editor: empty space replaces each image.
We consider improving our Support Center and the idea of the support for inline images is still on our radar.
