so to test attachment given by what the things i need to be installed at my desktop please brief the steps …

Hello Indu,
Please accept our apologies for the delayed response. It is not possible to test device capabilities on the desktop. For this purpose, you need to deploy the application to the real device. Please read the How to build a native package in Visual Studio Knowledge Base article to learn how to build the native package.
Alternatively, you can use our Courier application for testing purposes. You can learn about it here: DXTREME Courier App - Free iOS App helps you deploy and test mobile apps.
