Layout.Win - Low performance when opening a Detail View containing a lot of tabs

created 15 years ago

Why is it that detail/listviews in non active tabbed groups are created when the (master)view is opened? Our AQtime profiling show that XafApplication::CreateListView and XafApplication::CreateDetailView are called as many times as there are views in the hierarchy, not as many times as there are visible views.
Even this simple example (enclosed) take one second to open the views Master and Detail A, our real life application that has lots of tabs, but never more than 3 are visible at any time take 15 seconds to open!
What are your plans and schedule to do something about this?
