Hi
I am very new to Devexpress Reporting. I have created a BaseReport on wich I have defined Parameters (via Designer in VS2008). Then I created a Inherited XtraReport and tried to bind a XrLabel to the Parameter set in the BaseReport. The parameter can be set as Binding without problem. But when I save the Report and Rebuild the Solution, the Binding is lost on the inherited report. What am I doing wrong? Best regards, Y. Steiger

Hi Alan,
Unfortunately, I can't reproduce your issue. Please review the sample attached.
Please make sure you set the Parameter.Modifier property to protected or public.
If it doesn't help you, please provide us with a sample, illustrating your issue.
We will examine it and do our best to help you.
Thanks,
Andrew
Hi Andrew, many thanks for the fast answer. Changing the parameters modifier to "Public" solved the problem. Best regards, Yannik
