Hello,
in business you often you need things like a month picker order a calendar week picker.
Actually you have something like a MonthEdit, which is "simply" using the the DateEdit with a different DisplayMask, so you still have to pick a day.
It would be fine if there would be a kind of MonthEdit where you can select a month only and a WeekEdit where you can select a calendar week without the workaround of picking a day instead an calculate the other things from.
Another improvement is that you are able to select a time range within these editors, i.e. "January 2007 - March 2007" or "23/2007 - 51/2008", by selecting multiple month respectivly weeks.
Thanks
Bernd

Thank you for the suggestion, Bernd.
We'll consider introducing mentioned editors in future updates of our suites.

Oye vey, 6 years? Can't there just be an option added to the current DateTime control to not display the dates and only show the month/year in the popup?
Hi Jay,
The functionality you mentioned has been already implemented in the DateEdit control. Refer to the [RepositoryItemDateEdit.VistaDisplayMode Property](RepositoryItemDateEdit.VistaDisplayMode Property) article. Attached is a screencast that illustrates this functionality in action.
Hello, I'm not able to make it work when the DateEdit is put inside a Ribbon (as a repository item). It's suppose to work under ribbon? could you add an example? Thanks
It appears that this question is not related to our XtraScheduler Suite. I have created a separate ticket under the XtraEditors product section: The RepositoryItemDateEdit.VistaDisplayMode property doesn't work in Ribbon. Please refer to this ticket for further correspondence on this item.
