Try to export grid view contents to PDF using ExportToPdf(), all of Chinese chars are changed to small rectangle. English version work well. Please take a look.
Thanks

    Hi,
Thank you for your message. I believe that the cause of this problem is that the font that is used when exporting data does not contain the required characters. To resolve the problem, try to adjust the AppearancePrint.Row.Font property to some font that contains the Chinese characters. Please refer to the Export to pdf shows wrong character of Chinese(Traditional) words thread, to learn more about this solution. If this solution does not help, please attach a sample, demonstrating the problem. We will review it and try to find an exact solution.
    Thanks,
    Stan.

Check if Search Engine is able to answer questions faster than I do.

        Hi ,
Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in responding.
At present, the XtraReports Suite does not support this functionality. However, I agree with you that it would be great to implement this feature. So, I have converted this issue into a suggestion, and we will consider implementing it in the future. Also, please use the approach suggested from the AQ12123 thread as a workaround, to avoid this problem.
        Thanks,
        Elliot
