I see that you are using a very outdated DXCore version. Please install the most recent build of our tools - v2010 vol 2.4 - avaliable in your DevExpress account. If the problem persists, pease provide diagnostic logs from your IDE. Please refer to the following KB article to learn how to obtain this information:
