As a part of layout item and group behavior enhancements, the SizeOptions.MaxWidth and SizeOptions.MaxHeight properties now act like the Constraints.MaxWidth and Constraints.MaxHeight properties in TControl descendants.
An application's layout can change if a layout item has a custom SizeOptions.MaxWidth or SizeOptions,MaxHeight property value.
