TcxButton - The OnMouseEnter and OnMouseLeaver events cease to occur after the Parent property value changes while the mouse pointer hovers over the button

I'm using cxButton on “floating” forms. When button is clicked and button (with panel) is moved to another form, the button mouse enter/leave is no longer triggered. It works fine with TButton. See attached.

    We have addressed the issue described in this ticket and will include a fix in our next maintenance update. To apply this solution before official release, request a hotfix by clicking the appropriate version link.

    Note: Hotfixes may be unavailable for betas/updates set for release within a week.
