TdxLayoutSplitter works incorrectly in RTL mode

Take one of you layout examples and change bidimode to righttoleft .
using the splitter on that mode will result in confusing behaviour

    Hello,

    Thank you for pointing out this behavior. I have reproduced it with our demos. It may take us some time to examine this scenario.

      We have addressed the issue described in this ticket and will include a fix in our next maintenance update. To apply this solution before official release, request a hotfix by clicking the appropriate version link.

      Note: Hotfixes may be unavailable for betas/updates set for release within a week.

            Hello,

            We do not provide hotfixes for such old builds. However, you can get and apply the 19.2.10 fix. It should be compatible with v19.2.7.
