Layout item positions can be calculated incorrectly if a layout group whose LayoutDirection property is set to ldHorizontal contains a separator with a caption

Hello,

There was a problem after the update from version 18.2 to 19.2 in TdxLayoutControl on Enable/Disable controls.
See attached test project executable and source to reproduce error.

    We have addressed the issue described in this ticket and will include a fix in our next maintenance update. To apply this solution before official release, request a hotfix by clicking the appropriate version link.

    Note: Hotfixes may be unavailable for betas/updates set for release within a week.

        Hello!

        Will this bugfix be available for version 19.2? Version 19.2.9 released today does not contain it in the changelog.
