Issue: Tooltip's background does not show in Firefox when using a material theme. In other browser's such as Chrome, it shows a black background on a material light theme and a darker black background on a material dark theme.

Actual Behavior:
The tooltip text is not fully visible with no background.
Expected Behavior:
The tooltip text is visible with a black background.
We have fixed the issue described in this ticket and will include the fix in our next maintenance update. To apply this solution before the official update, request a hotfix by clicking the corresponding link for product versions you require.
