TdxTabbedMDIManager - Add the capability to prohibit replacing an application's title with the main form's caption

We have implemented the functionality described in this ticket. It will be included in our next update(s).

Additional information:

Set the new dxTabbedMDISuppressApplicationTitleChanges constant to True to prohibit the active tabbed MDI manager from replacing an application's title with the caption produced with the mask specified by this manager's FormCaptionMask property.
