Palette colors in the Office2019White theme have been changed

In v19.2.2, we refactored the Office2019White theme to make it consistent with the Microsoft Outlook appearance.

We modified the following palette colors:
- Border: #FFE1DFDD -> #FFC8C6C4
- Delimiter: #FFC8C6C4 -> #FFE1DFDD

If you have a custom theme based on Office2019White, make sure that these colors look consistent with your customizations after upgrading your theme to v19.2.2 and change these colors if necessary - see Edit Palette Colors.
