The font modified using the SpreadsheetControl API and saved in an XLS file is not displayed in the MS Excel Style Gallery

created 9 years ago

Hello,
I want  to ask you, if  it is possible to change Default or Normal built-in font style for XLS file format . I have set property
SpreadSheetControl.Document.Styles(BuiltInStyleId.Normal).Font.Name = "Trebuchet MS".When I save it into XLS , Normal style is allways set as "Calibri 11".

When I save it into XLSX,  Normal style is "Trebuchet MS".

Thanks

    Hello Jaroslav,

All my attempts to reproduce the issue you described in v15.1.8 were unsuccessful. I have recorded a video (see the attachment). Please check to see if I possibly missed some important steps to reproduce the issue. If so, describe these steps in more detail.

Please clarify what version of our controls you are using. Is the issue reproducible with the attached sample?

I am looking forward to your response.

I am using v15.1.8 for VB .net.  I have recorded a video to show my problem. My saved file has different column width, when I opened it in MS EXCEL 2013. In normal style overview I have still Calibri 11.
