The mentioned issue was reported and fixed in version 13.2 in the scope of the following ticket:
ResourcesPopupCheckedListBoxControl lost binding
However, in version 15.1.8, the issue still persists. In the attachment, you can find a sample project which can be used to reproduce the problematic behavior.
Binding between ResourcesPopupCheckedListBoxControl and a current SchedulerControl is lost after changing SchedulerControl's visibility (15.1.8)
