ChartControl raises ArgumentOutOfRangeException when check boxes are used in legend and CheckedInLegend is set to False for some of the series for which ArgumentDataMember is of type DateTime.
Volume 1.7 didn't have this issue.
The project in the attachment shows the issue.
We have fixed the issue described in this ticket and will include the fix in our next maintenance update. To apply this solution before the official update, request a hotfix by clicking the corresponding link for product versions you require.
