ArgumentNullException is thrown when a user defines a Detail Range if the R1C1 reference style is enabled in a workbook

created 9 years ago (modified 9 years ago)

Hello DevExpress support,

I've got an ArgumentNullException when I try to define a Details range for MailMerge in my Invoice document.

Could you please advise me what's wrong in my document template?

I have attached a sample project (based on your MailMegre code example) with  my  template "invoice.xlsx" and a video that illustrates the issue.

Thanks,
Maxim

    Hello Maxim,
I've passed this ticket to my team. Our developers will research this issue in detail. We will get back to you once we have any results.

As a temporary workaround, turn off the R1C1 reference style in a workbook via the DocumentSettings.R1C1ReferenceStyle property.

P.S. Would you mind if I mark this ticket public in order to notify other customers of the issue? If you wish, I can remove your project from the attachment.

Yulia, thank you for a workaround.
I don't mind if you mark the ticket as public with my project.
