SkinEditor - Add a scrollbar into the preview section

There's no Scrollbar in the Preview area. I use a resolution of 1920x1080. On this resolution can it be, that not all controls are showable in the preview area. Especially if you use a larger view of the item editor. Scrollbars remedy here.

    The implementation is not correct done. See attachment.

      I see that in some sections, this functionality doesn't work correctly. Thank you for noticing this. We'll do our best to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Please refer to the SkinEditor - Preview scrollbars don't appear in some sections thread.
