Model Merge Tool - Splitter items are incorrectly merged to platform-independent modules

created 9 years ago

I used the ModelEditor to customize a DetailView and add a Splitter. And I used the ModelMergeTool to merge my Model.User.xafml to my platform-agnostic Module's Module.DesignedDiffs.xafml.

Unfortunately the tool merges the SplitterItem to the Module.DesignedDiffs.xafml. But because SplitterItems are only available for Winforms, the new item is considered as unusable node.

This issue can be easily reproduced in the feature center. I attached a screencast demonstrating it.
