SearchLookUpEdit - Cannot move focus to the Find Panel using the up arrow key after the first opening

created 9 years ago

I think there is a bug with the RepositoryItemSearchLookUpEdit control.  I attached a video of the bug.

The first time you enter a RepositoryItemSearchLookUpEdit you can navigate down to the search results with the down arrow key.  If you want to go back to the text edit, you can press the up arrow key on the first result in the list.  This works as expected.

What does not work is when you go to a new row and try to do the same thing.  Once you open the popup with F4, you can press the down arrow key to go to the search results.  But now the up arrow key does not return you to the text edit.  If you go back to the original RepositoryItemSearchLookUpEdit, it does does not work now as well.  The only way to get it to work again is by closing the form and opening it again.

I attached a video of the bug.  Please let me know if there is a fix.

We cannot update our version at this time since our system is so robust.

I am sorry to inform you, but the process of preparing installations can't allow us to fix the issue for version 13.2.8.0. Moreover, we can't provide you with a hotfix for the latest 13.2 major version for the same reasons. I have checked our code and found that modifications that fix the issue were made in internal non-virtual methods, so I can't provide you with a custom SearchLookUpEdit. Please consider upgrading your application.

            Ok. Thank you.
