Mouse cursor is not reset to the default one after starting appointment editing if an appointment border was selected

created 9 years ago

Hello,

I've prepared an example how to reproduce this problem.

The problem is that editing a new Appointment, sometimes the cursor stays with double arrows as for dragging something (please see the video linked below).

To reproduce the problem there are two way:

First way

  1. Start the project and open the second window with the main button.
  2. Select a cell in the scheduler grid and add a new schedule time with the right mouse button
  3. Click Ok in the AppointmentForm and then doubleclick over the appointment border, the cursor will stay with double arrows

Second way
4)           Select an existing appointment by clicking over the its border (the cursor will changed with double arrows), wait until the appointment becomes in edit mode (the cursor inside the cell will blink), move the mouse outside the scheduler control, the cursor will stay with double arrows

thank you in advance

Our developers found that the latter scenario you described is different from the original one. Thus, I created a separate report to research it: T350214: Mouse cursor is not reset to the default one after leaving the selected appointment's area if the appointment bottom border is not visible. We will update that ticket as soon as we have any progress.
