Grid Item - A record from the next level is automatically selected on drilling down if the master filter is enabled

created 9 years ago (modified 9 years ago)

Hi there,

When drilling down on a data grid in the DashboardViewer, with both drilldown and Master Filter set (creating a need to double-click in order to drill down), it appears that the underlying focused row is immediately selected, as well, causing the filter to update to the value at the mouse's X/Y position.  In previous versions, the double click would NOT automatically make any selections at the underlying data layer.

Is this new behavior intended?  If so, is there a way to create a scenario in which a data grid has the options to both drill down and be a Master Filter, but not immediately select the underlying row?

Please let me know if you need more clarification.

Thanks,
Tim

I have managed to reproduce the described problem on my side. This behavior looks like a bug. It will require some time to research it in greater detail. I have passed this issue to our developers for further research. We will update the thread once we have any results.
