Hi,
the issue can be reproduced using the Outlook Inspired App demo. Just start it and collapse/minimize the ribbon (CTRL + F1). Then click on a ribbon tab (VIEW for example) and use the pin button on the far right to expand/restore the ribbon. You'll get an unhandled exception:
See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

Hi,
I can confirm that the exception is thrown in the mentioned scenario. It doesn't occur in a clear 15.1.7 version but only in a hotfix. I've passed this ticket to our developers.
Thank you for your feedback!
