FlyoutControl throws InvalidCastException at design time when its default style is overridden

Good morning,
I have a problem with the style of FlyoutControl.

By applying the style, the error:
InvalidCastException: Unable to cast object of type 'Microsoft.Expression.WpfPlatform.InstanceBuilders.StandInPopup' on type 'System.Windows.Controls.Primitives.Popup'.

I attach a sample project.
