ASPxMenu's HorizontalAlign property is not in effect

I am not sure what I am doing wrong, but the simple thing to center menu items text is not working. Attached is a page.

    Hello Vladimir,
    I've reproduced this problem and forwarded it to our R&D team for research. We will inform you as soon as we have any results.
    Now I suggest you set the EnableClientSideAPI property of ASPxMenu in true  and change the ItemSpacing property (the ItemSpacing value is too large).

    We have fixed the issue described in this ticket and will include the fix in our next maintenance update. To apply this solution before the official update, request a hotfix by clicking the corresponding link for product versions you require.

    Note: Hotfixes may be unavailable for beta versions and updates that are about to be released.
