GridControl scrolling is inverted if the mouse wheel's "One screen at a time" option is selected

created 9 years ago

Hi,We've recently upgraded our app to use the DevExpress WPF library v15 from v14.
One of our users has notices that scrolling is now inverted on all our windows featuring the GridControl.

- He's not using a touch screen or appear to have any special mouse settings configured.
- The old version of our app works fine.
- Most users have not experienced this problem.

We cannot release the new version of our app with the upgraded dev express library if some random users are getting inverted scrolling.

Any idea why this might be happening and how we can fix it? Many thanks,Ollie

    Hello Oliver,
Unfortunately, we cannot reproduce the issue on our side. I suggest you set the TableView.UseExtendedMouseScrolling property to false. Setting this property should help.
    Thanks,
    Nadya

        Thanks Oliver.

Please clarify if the "One screen at a time" option is selected. Anyway, we have found the cause of the problem and passed this thread to our R&D for further research. We will notify you once we have any news.

        Thanks,
        Andrey

Hello, yes just checked, I can confirm that the user had "One screen at a time" option is selected.
Turning that off also fixes the problem (after re-starting the app)
