Project Converter does not show upgrade prompt if one project was unloaded and another one was then loaded to Visual Studio

created 9 years ago (modified 9 years ago)

Dear DevExpress support,

FYI: Cannot convert To DevExpress 2015.1.7 for the second time within one VisualStudio2013(32bit)  session.

Steps:

Prepare 2 separate projects  with DevExpress vol 2015.1.6

Take a pc with DevExpress 2015.1.7 installed.

Open one project with VS2013: DevExpress detects the project needs to be converted.
Convert the project and it is ready for run.

Then, within the same visual studio session, close the solution, (I cancel to save the solution)
Open the second project. DevExpress does not detect the project needs to be converted.
The project will not build.

At your service,
Ton.

There is no error message at all, it just loads the second project without conversion.

Thank you for the clarification. I have reproduced the issue and passed this ticket to our developers for further research. We will inform you once we have any results.

I just discover this issue, I do not need a fix ;-)
