Quick Access Toolbar items are duplicated in an MDI application after merging the child RibbonControl

created 9 years ago

I have two issues related to quick access toolbar in merged ribbon. It could be that they are related to each other.
The application is a MDI application, the parent and child documents have merged ribbons with some common bar items. See the attached project, there are also two screenshots.
There are also common bar items added to Quick Access Toolbar.
In order to reproduce the behavior start the application, click on the New2 bar item, the Form3 will open.

  1. In the QAT the common bar items are duplicated (see Clipboard01)
  2. Hide the bar items in the QAT and click on the “Show visible QAT items” in order to get visible items. The BarItemLink.Visible property value is true for the QAT bar items even they are hidden (see Clipboard01). I use this property in order to get the visible items.

Please advise me how to fix it.
Thanks.
