Bug Report T296507
Visible to All Users

Navigation in the MVCxScheduler view operates incorrectly when an end-user clicks the "Previous" button in the DateNavigator control

created 9 years ago

When using the scheduler with the navigation calendar, clicking on the "<" to go to the previous month does not work. Clicking "<<" for the previous year does work and sometimes you can get to the previous month if you click on a visible day in the navigation calendar. I see this same behavior in the online demo at https://demos.devexpress.com/MVCxSchedulerDemos/CalendarFeatures/DateNavigator. Seems like a bug. If there is something I am doing wrong, please let me know.

I've found that if you set SchedulerSettings.Start to a date in a previous month, then the navigation button works, but it will default to showing that day and I need to default to showing today (yet allow navigating to previous months).

    Hello Patrick,
I have successfully reproduced the behavior you described and passed this ticket to our developers for further research.
Please bear with us. We will notify you as soon as we make any progress.

Can you please fix this in v14 as well?  This functionality was working previously until I upgraded from 14.2.7.0 to 14.2.8.0.  I am now at 14.2.10.0 and it is still broken.
