The SchedulerSettings.OptionsBehavior.ClientTimeZoneId property value is not taken into account on the initial rendering of the MVC TimeZoneEdit editor

In the attachment, you will find a sample project which demonstrates the issue in action.
Even if you specify an initial value for the SchedulerSettings.OptionsBehavior.ClientTimeZoneId property, the the MVC TimeZoneEdit editor (which is bound to a current MVC Scheduler control) displays a current system time zone on initial loading.
