Web Report Designer - Customization applied to a field list is reset after the report wizard is run

[DevExpress Support Team: CLONED FROM T291993: Web Report Designer - How to disable the Delete/Edit/New Datasource buttons]
Hi, I have tested this and it works when the designer is first loaded.
However, if I then run the report wizard to create a default report, all of these buttons come back and are enabled again.
How do I disable this buttons again after running the report wizard?

    Hi,

    I have reproduced the issue and decided to forward it to our developers, so they can examine it thoroughly. This might take some time for us. Now, we cannot provide you with any workaround for this issue.

    We have fixed the issue described in this ticket and will include the fix in our next maintenance update. To apply this solution before the official update, request a hotfix by clicking the corresponding link for product versions you require.

    Note: Hotfixes may be unavailable for beta versions and updates that are about to be released.
