ASPxGridView in Batch Mode - It is impossible to delete rows that have been just added

When using a grid in batch mode. Rows are manually added and removed on the client side before a batch update. Some sequences of adding and removing the rows will render other row such that they cannot be deleted.

The attached sample has further instructions regarding replicating the issue.
