ASPxGridView - Column resizing works incorrectly in Internet Explorer 11 when zoom is enabled

created 9 years ago

I'm testing the column resizing functionality in IE11 and it gives inconsistent behavior. I'm testing on our own implementation and on the functionality on the demo site (http://demos.devexpress.com/aspxgridviewdemos/Columns/ColumnResizing.aspx).

I'm running Windows 10 on a Surface 3 pro and the display settings are as such that text appears at 150% on the screen (resolution is 2160x1440). In IE11 this results that the default zoom level also is at 150% for better readability. When column resizing is on, when you grab the devider between columns to resize them, all other columns also shift. When setting the zoom level in IE11 to 100%, the column resizing works as expected (being the devider only resizes the 2 columns adjacent to it).

I tested this on Chrome and Edge and for those browsers the resizing works correctly.

Great, installed and tested it with IE11, Edge and Chrome and no problems at all anymore. Many thanks!
