This behavior can be reproduced if the RichEdit column does not have enough space to show the entire cell content on a High DPI monitor. Row height is not changed to show this content.
Row height is changed based on cell content if the auto height option is enabled.
The auto height only works for default DPI settings.
We have addressed the issue described in this ticket and will include a fix in our next maintenance update. Should you need to apply our fix prior to official release, you can request a hotfix here.
