XRCrossTab control with a large number of cells decreases the report's document generation performance after migrating to the newest DevExpress versions

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a report with a XRCrossTab control that displays a large number of data cells.
  2. Test this report with different versions of DevExpress components.

Expected results:

Report document generation speed remains the same in new and old versions.

Current results:

Report document generation performance decreases in the newest versions of our suite.

Additional information:

Our developers are researching the issue. We will update this thread once our team makes progress on this issue.

        My apologies for the delay. Unfortunately, this performance issue is complex in nature and it takes time to deal with it. We're putting the final touches on this fix.         We have addressed the issue described in this ticket and will include a fix in our next maintenance update. Should you need to apply our fix prior to official release, you can request a hotfix here.

        Important Notes:

        • Hotfixes may be unavailable for Early Access/Beta builds or updates set for release within a week.
        • .NET only: in the NuGet Package Manager, use your personal NuGet feed and check the "Include prerelease" option to view the hotfix package in the "Updates" tab.
