We have a similar situation. The new version of our application is waiting for the bug to be fixed.
    Thanks, Tom.

      Hi Brent, Hi Tom,

Thank you for your messages. I am happy to inform you that we have already found a potential solution to this issue. It is currently being tested. I can't say when exactly we will finish testing, but the issue should be fixed in the next version (v23.1.4).

      Best regards,
      Boris

Yeah this issue is really starting to become a major issue. I had one customer calling this morning who had tried over a dozen themes that didn't work, so it's not isolated to the ones I listed.

Is there a reliable workaround for this? I'm really worried that I'm going to get a client who can't run reports no matter what theme they choose.

        Thank you,
        Brent

We have addressed the issue described in this ticket and will include a fix in our next maintenance update. Should you need to apply our fix prior to official release, you can request a hotfix here.

        Important Notes:

        • Hotfixes may be unavailable for Early Access/Beta builds or updates set for release within a week.
        • .NET only: in the NuGet Package Manager, use your personal NuGet feed and check the "Include prerelease" option to view the hotfix package in the "Updates" tab.

            Hello Brent,

As you noticed, we addressed this issue this morning. To fix your application, you need to install a hotfix or the next minor version (v23.1.4) that includes the fix.

In the meantime, as a temporary workaround, I recommend that you use the Deep Blue theme, which works correctly on my side.

            Regards,
            Aleksandr
