We have no immediate plans to create such a widget, but we understand that creating such a widget makes sense. So we will consider implementing it in a future major update.

Currently, dxDateBox and dxCalendar does not support this option, and we don't have a custom solution for this scenario. The only possible solution we can suggest is to use dxRangeSelector and its date-time scale.
I agree, having this would be a great benefit for me too. When we migrated we had to make a decision to let that functionality go, while we know our clients won't be happy about it since it is a frequently used feature in our current software.
