created 10 years ago

Hi,

Does MVC TreeList and MVC TreeView support Drag and Drop?

I can not find an example how to do it.

Thank you.

Regards

Hi Felipe,

Our TreeList supports drag&drop. Use the MVCxTreeListSettingsEditing.AllowNodeDragDrop property to activate it. See also the Drag and Drop article for more information. Although, it's about ASP.NET WebForms, the same approach works in ASP.NET MVC. As for TreeView, it does not support drag &drop.

      Hello,

A similar feature is implemented in the TreeList - How to drag and drop nodes between two treelists example. You can use this example as a starting point to implement your scenario. Should you have any further questions, feel free to contact us.

i downloaded the example, but it doesn't work, has errors when compile (with VS .NET 2013) !  can you help me?
